PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to analyze features in an agency portal, translate business value into functional requirements, and prioritize work with the product owner.

You will support API-driven financial services and e-commerce platform implementations, lead agile delivery, and write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with solution architects and engineers to deliver maximized business value, serve as scrum master for sprint

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Equivalent.
8 years of experience in Business Analyst role in Life Insurance / Payments.
Experience in systems integration, implemented API-driven financial services, and e-commerce platform solutions.
Experience in agency portal for Life Insurance organization.
E-commerce Platform Launch & System Implementation, end-to-end implementation for e-commerce systems, including requirements, testing, UAT, and launch. Delivery experience in Agile, Scrum.
Experience in requirements analysis and user stories, acceptance criteria writing.
Experience in Test Management, Stakeholder Management, Coordination, risk and issue resolution.
Experience in UAT.

Responsibilities

Analyze features in existing agency portal, understand business values for prioritization.
Facilitate prioritization with product owner and translate requirements to functional specs.
Write and groom user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized requirements.
Lead implementations of benefits platforms, portal services across Asia.
Collaborate with solution architect and developers to maximize business value and efficiency.
Play scrum master role and perform sprint planning.
Write and review test plans, scenarios, and support testing as necessary.
Review test results and participate in defect triage.
Obtain UAT sign-off for deployment to production.
