Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Business Analyst to collate application details across designated business verticals and support daily BAU activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document data flows, and assist in governance of project scope and design.

The role emphasizes UAT coordination, testing approach development, and ensuring alignment with system design and long-term standardization.

Qualifications

Experience as Business Analyst/System Analyst/Application Analyst or Project/Change Analyst is preferred.
Banking or financial services experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collate and manage all details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical.
Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
Governance: assess project scope, propose changes, and document rationale for projects with no impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and walkthrough with the team.
Assist in solution design, ensuring alignment with data flow strategy and long-term planning.
Lead testing discussions, propose testing approaches, and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
Oversee UAT timelines, batch runs, and tester results; document data flow, design, and testing approach.
