Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for enterprise platforms. You will engage stakeholders, map processes and define acceptance criteria in an agile project context.

You will collaborate with product owners, engineers and UI/UX designers to ensure clear specifications and traceability from discovery to delivery. BPMN experience and Jira/Confluence familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise projects.
• Proven experience delivering requirements for enterprise apps and data platforms in an agile setting.
• Experience with BPMN and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Experience supporting UAT and coordinating defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business objectives into user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to build shared understanding.
• Map current and future state business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, automation and digitalisation.
• Analyse data to support requirements, validate assumptions and inform product decisions, including queries where required.
• Work with product owners to build, refine and prioritise the product backlog by business value and delivery capacity.
• Partner with engineers, architects and UI/UX designers to shape solutions and ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Support agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Define and support user acceptance testing, including test scenarios, coordination of testing and defect resolution.
• Prepare clear documentation, including requirement specifications, process documentation, user guides and release notes.
• Maintain traceability across the delivery lifecycle and manage requirement changes.
