Job summary

Nexbridge Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams in delivering enterprise applications, analytics and digital platform solutions in Singapore. You will gather requirements, translate them into user stories, support Agile delivery, and work with product owners, engineers and data specialists through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience delivering enterprise applications, analytics or data platform projects in Agile environments.
Strong requirements gathering, business process mapping and data analysis skills, including SQL.
Familiarity with BPMN, Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools.
Experience supporting UAT and defect management.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and map current- and future-state business processes.
Perform data analysis and write SQL queries where required.
Support Agile Scrum delivery, backlog prioritisation and sprint activities.
Collaborate with technical teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects and manage requirement changes.
Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
