Job summary

DSV in Singapore is seeking a seasoned logistics professional to translate business and customer requirements into scalable operational processes, system capabilities and visibility across APAC Road.

You will gather, analyse and define business needs with stakeholders and IT, drive standardisation and automation, and support deployment and readiness activities to enable successful adoption across countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Admin, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience translating business needs into system and process requirements.
• Knowledge of TMS platforms and Road operational processes.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Process-oriented mindset focused on scalability and standardisation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders.

About the Position

Support APAC Road in transforming business and customer requirements into scalable operational processes, system capabilities, digital solutions, visibility improvements and enabling successful adoption across APAC Road countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate customer and operational KPI requirements into scalable process, visibility and system capabilities
• Gather, analyse and define business requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Drive process standardisation, continuous improvement and automation initiatives across APAC Road
• Support cluster enablement, solution deployment and business readiness activities
• Facilitate TMS adoption, knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across countries

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, process improvement or business transformation
• Experience translating business needs into system and process requirements
• Knowledge of TMS platforms and Road operational processes
• Strong project coordination & service management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Process-oriented mindset with focus on scalability and standardisation
• Ability to communicate effectively with business, operational and technical stakeholders
• Self-driven, structured and delivery-focused
