Responsibilities

• Manage a group of up to 500 Bus Captains.
• Ensure timely circulation of circulars, SOPs and work instructions to ground staff.
• Ensure attendance and HR matters are updated timely and accurately in the relevant systems.
• Manage Bus Captains’ administrative matters.
• Ensure the Bus Captains’ leave quota for the Depot is adhered to.
• Assist in depot events.
