Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd in Singapore is hiring for a bus driver responsible for ensuring the bus is operational, clean, and safe for passengers, and for maintaining a pleasant journey. You will perform start/end of duty checks, follow the driving schedule, comply with traffic rules and SOPs, and undertake other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned bus is operational, clean, and safe for a pleasant passenger journey.
• Carry out first and last parade tasks at duty start and end.
• Adhere to the driving schedule and timing.
• Comply with traffic rules, regulations, and company SOPs.
• Perform other bus driving and related duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform and ensure assigned bus is operationally ready and clean to provide a safe, smooth and pleasant bus journey for passengers
• Perform first and last parade tasks at the start and end of duties respectively
• Adhere to allocated driving schedule and timing
• Ensure strict compliance to traffic rules and regulations, and Company’s stipulated Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform any other bus driving and related duties that may be assigned from time to time
