• To carry out minor handman works such as minor painting works, fixing door closers, handles, locksets for all doors, drawers, cabinets, pedestals, etc. undefined

• Minor building & furniture repairs. Follow up / coordinate with other contractors for rectification and repair work. undefined
• To carry out troubleshooting for electrical & air-conditioning outages/faults. undefined
• To manage and store all plans / drawings / documents / keys / store / equipment in an orderly manner and to conduct monthly checks and yearly audit.
• To be in line with the guidelines set out in the Operations Management System (OMS). undefined
• To manage and record all additional air-conditioning request / handyman services requests received from the occupants of the building and to submit the necessary daily, weekly, monthly reports for the billing of such requests. This will form part of the Customer Request Form (CRF) tracking process and is to be consolidated into the monthly Customer Request Form (CRF) report. undefined
• Liaising with Contractors to obtain quotations and submit recommendations based on a format to be approved by the Principal. undefined
