Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore seeks a hands-on Facilities Handyman to perform daily site maintenance, basic electrical and plumbing tasks, and keep the premises in good working order. You will conduct inspections, assist with safety checks, and support move or change of workspace, while collaborating with vendors and ensuring smooth operations for a dynamic, on-site environment.

This role requires practical skills, attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to faults

Qualifications

• Basic handyman skills with awareness of electrical and plumbing basics.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and follow safety guidelines.
• Attention to safety, cleanliness and equipment readiness.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily site inspections and assessment of facilities.
• Read water and electrical meters daily.
• Keep premises neat and in good working condition.
• Perform regular checks on essential equipment for good operation.
• Conduct monthly EHS inspections with site staff.
• Maintain inventory of office keys and ensure keys are secure.
• Perform ambient temperature checks and adjust to site needs.
• Escort vendors for maintenance, services, and deliveries.
• Perform basic electrical work such as power trip resets and replacing switches.
• Perform basic plumbing work including leak repairs and faucet replacement.
• Check FCU units and perform maintenance.
• Ensure doors, locks, hinges are in good condition and repair as needed.
• Support Move, Add and Change (MAC) of furniture/workspace.
• Replace faulty locksets for pedestals, cabinets, and cupboards.
• Provide onsite meeting rooms, events, and decoration support.
• Inventory management for supplies and tools.
• Attend fault calls and emergency escalation.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as requested.

To provide basic handyman and technical troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical system. To provide positive client services experience.

Job Description

• To conduct daily site inspection and assessment of facilities to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are adhered to.
• Including daily reading of water and electrical meters.
• To always ensure premises to be in neat and good working condition.
• To perform regular checks to all essential equipment and ensure critical equipment to be in good operating condition.
• To conduct monthly joint EHS inspection with site staff to ensure no workplace safety violations and noncompliance. Any anomalies must be rectified accordingly.
• To maintain proper inventory of office keys and ensure all keys are in good order.
• To perform daily ambient temperature checks and adjust accordingly to site requirement.
• To provide escort for all vendors including delivery, maintenance, preventive and reactive services within premises.
• To perform basic electrical work including power trip reset, minor rectification or replacement of power switches, light fittings and light tubes.
• To perform basic plumbing work such as removal of chokes, attend to leakages, replacement of kitchen faucet, washroom bidet etc.
• To perform basic fan coil unit (FCU) check and maintenance.
• To ensure premises is in aesthetically good condition, touch up or rectify when necessary
• To support M.A.C (Move, Add and Change) of furniture and workspace when required.
• To replace faulty lockset for pedestal, cabinets and cupboards
• To ensure doors are in good working condition, conduct repair work including door hinges, stopper, lockset when needed.
• To provide onsite meeting rooms, events, seasonal setup support, including but not limited to decoration, poster management.
• To ensure proper inventory management for supplies and tools.
• To attend to fault calls and emergency escalation.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties when requested.
