Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced M&E leader in Singapore to supervise engineers and contractors, overseeing the operation, maintenance and performance of building M&E systems including ACMV, chilled-water systems, electrical distribution, and BMS. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate complex M&E projects, review proposals and supplier submissions, and lead energy-management and Green Mark

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma with relevant experience in M&E and facilities management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and external contractors.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV, BMS, energy management and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise M&E managers, technical officers, technicians and specialist contractors.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of M&E systems including ACMV, chilled-water systems, electrical distribution and BMS.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, fault analysis and equipment rectification.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet schedules, KPIs and service standards.
• Coordinate M&E projects, A&A works, renovations and shutdowns.
• Review technical proposals, tender specs, contractor submissions and post-contract requirements.
• Manage vendors and contractors, including escalations and performance reviews.
• Monitor equipment reliability, maintenance costs and recurring faults.
• Ensure compliance with QEHS, ISO procedures, safety and codes of practice.
• Lead team development through coaching and training.
• Coordinate with authorities during inspections and site visits.
• Monitor energy and water consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Support Green Mark initiatives and related submissions.
• Maintain operational reports and maintenance documentation.
