Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering.
• Experience in facilities management, building operations, or real estate engineering.
• Familiar with ACMV systems, chiller plants, electrical systems, or BMS/IBMS.
• Exposure to energy efficiency, sustainability, or Green Mark initiatives is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day technical operations across commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M&E building system issues (electrical, ACMV, chiller systems, etc.).
• Oversee maintenance works and ensure compliance with building standards.
• Coordinate defect rectification and project handover activities.
