Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned M&E Construction Lead in Singapore. Your role will coordinate M&E works with consultants and subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and authority rules.

You will manage documentation, lead T&C, and support risk assessments and scheduling. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M&E construction, with ACMV and lifting systems knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Min 5 years' M&E construction experience with main or M&E contractors
• Experience in commercial, industrial, mixed-development or institutional projects
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, fire protection, sanitary/plumbing, lifts & escalators and swimming pool systems
• Experience in M&E installation, coordination and T&C
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, including drawings, submissions, materials and method statements.
• Monitor site progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings, specifications and authority requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, work sequences and resolve technical/site issues to minimise delays and clashes.
• Coordinate Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and authority inspections.
• Manage M&E documentation, progress reports, O&M manuals and project records.
• Support WSH requirements, risk assessments and permit-to-work processes.
• Assist with M&E planning, work schedules and lead times.
• Support Value Engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
