Job summary

Knight Frank Services Company Limited is seeking a proactive Building/Property Manager to oversee daily operations and facilities for our properties in Singapore. You will lead a team to ensure reliable mechanical and electrical systems, safety, cleanliness, and high service standards while managing costs.

You will guide maintenance plans, supervise contractors, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field with professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in building or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, car park operations, and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of building and facilities management services to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, routine, and ad-hoc maintenance for building systems and equipment.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work meets safety, quality, and contract standards.
• Conduct regular building audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and internal programs.
• Ensure all new installation works meet building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Handle tenant and stakeholder feedback with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare monthly reports on operations and maintenance for management and clients.
• Manage building risk and implement safety and emergency protocols, including security measures.
• Drive energy-saving and sustainability initiatives to reduce operating costs.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and ensure timely payments to contractors and providers.
