Knight Frank Singapore is seeking a Property Officer (M&E) to oversee the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You will supervise maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety to ensure the building operates smoothly and efficiently.

This role blends hands-on oversight with strategic focus on sustainability. You will manage service contracts, drive energy-saving initiatives, and lead risk management while preparing monthly reports and updates for clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management or facilities maintenance.
• Professional certifications such as FSM, Green Mark, ZWM, WEM, SIFMA Tier 1-4, IFMA, or SCEM preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and sustainability initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.
• Manage and renew service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.
• Propose improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
• Implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.
• Lead risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.
• Prepare monthly reports, attend client meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.
