Job summary

Skills & Workforce Development Agency (SWDA) is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead resource planning, budget evaluation, and governance of funded programmes. You will oversee end-to-end budget requests, supporting BRAC/Finance Committee processes and ensuring alignment with policy guidelines.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in public-sector funding policies, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting for government or public-sector programmes.
• Familiarity with policy development and governance processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesise data and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate budget requests for partner programmes.
• Manage end-to-end budget processing and governance documentation.
• Prepare budget evaluation papers and materials for decision-making.
• Under BRAC and Finance Committee governance, support meeting facilitation and follow-up.
• Develop and update policies and guidelines related to budget evaluation.
