The Skills and Workforce Development Agency in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Manager to shape strategic budget planning and funding, steward multi-year budgets, and translate financial insights into decision-ready reports for ministries and senior management.
Reporting to Team Leader, you will drive budget governance, allocate resources, monitor programme performance with dashboards, and engage across government partners to secure funding and ensure effective delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping how public resources advance SWDA's jobs and skills priorities. Working with Ministries, SWDA divisions and senior management, you will steward SWDA's annual and multi-year budgets, turn financial insights into strategic decisions, and help deliver meaningful outcomes for individuals, employers and the training, career and employment services ecosystem. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Team Leader. At the Senior Manager level, you will handle work of greater complexity and manage additional projects.
Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
