Job summary

search personnel private limited is hiring a Senior Control Engineer (BMS / HVAC Controls) for International Business Park, Singapore. You will design and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems and lead testing, commissioning and optimisation of BMS/DDC/PLC systems.

The role requires strong knowledge of BACnet and Modbus networks, interpretation of drawings and travel overseas when required. Working hours are 5 days a week, with competitive salary up to SGD 9,500 plus AWS,

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of BMS control engineering and commissioning experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS, DDC/PLC, BACnet and Modbus.
Able to interpret technical drawings and develop control logic.
Willing to travel overseas for project support when required.

Responsibilities

Design and implement BMS control strategies for HVAC systems.
Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimisation of BMS/DDC/PLC systems.
Develop control logic, HMI graphics and integrate BACnet, Modbus and IP networks.
Review HVAC drawings, control schematics and technical specifications.
Support project installation, startup, commissioning and documentation.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and travel overseas when required.
