Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Master's degree in Engineering or MBA preferred.
- 8+ years in BMS engineering with at least 5 years in management.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the application engineering division.
- Develop business opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Lead multi-project delivery with governance frameworks.
- Ensure quality and performance of BMS solutions.
- Oversee budgets, pricing strategies, and vendor relations.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team.
