Job summary

Quantum Automation Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Application Manager (BMS) to lead the application engineering division, overseeing all technical, operational, and business aspects of Building Management System projects.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engineering, accountable for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and growth across enterprise BMS programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) is required.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years in BMS engineering with at least 5 years in management roles.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams on large-scale BMS projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the application engineering division.
• Drive business development and client relationship management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the application engineering team.
• Oversee project portfolio, resource allocation, and risk management across multiple BMS projects.
• Serve as the technical authority for BMS solutions and standardization.
• Manage department P&L, budgets, and vendor relationships.
