Job summary

Persol Singapore is seeking an experienced on-site Project Leader to drive multiple building management projects from planning to handover with tight schedules and active client interaction.

You will define scope, budget and schedule while coordinating with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The role requires strong leadership, BMS know-how, and flexibility to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects.
• Coordinate communication with customers throughout all project phases.
• Define project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and implement project methodologies.
• Oversee work schedules for multiple small to medium-scale projects with supervisory guidance.
• Identify potential project risks and propose effective resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring financial commitments are met.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales team during tender bidding.
• Supervise subcontractors' on-site work.
• Schedule timely purchases and deliveries of materials.
• Facilitate system applications, drafting, database generation, and project commissioning.
• Follow up on customer payments and verify supplier payments.
• Provide training and first-year maintenance warranty visits to customers.
• Complete project handovers to customers and to the service team.
