PERSOL Singapore is seeking a results-oriented IT professional with 5-9 years of experience in automation, monitoring, and operational support. The role focuses on developing automation scripts, configuring enterprise observability platforms, and building dashboards and alerts to enhance system reliability.

Responsibilities include automating workflows, tuning alerts, and supporting onboarding of systems into monitoring platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in automation, monitoring, or IT operations.
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain automation scripts, dashboards, and utilities.
• Translate requirements into automation to reduce manual intervention.
• Integrate scripts with monitoring and ITSM platforms where needed.
• Configure and maintain enterprise monitoring covering infrastructure, apps, logs, and capacity.
• Create dashboards, alerts, thresholds, service views, and basic anomaly detection.
