Job summary

Kaleido, based in Singapore, seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead technical design and delivery across APAC. The role collaborates with customers, Sales, and Product teams to craft scalable blockchain and digital asset solutions, translating complex requirements into practical architectures while ensuring security and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles and a strong foundation in APIs, microservices, and integrations within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles with enterprise clients.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and architecture workshops for complex solutions.
• Hands-on foundation: SQL, APIs, webhooks, websockets; build prototypes.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, security, and enterprise integration.
• Experience in regulated or complex environments with compliance awareness.
• Interest in blockchain, digital assets, Web3; practical architectural focus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical customer journey from discovery to production.
• Lead architecture workshops aligning tech, business, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales and BD on pre-sales engagements and reviews.
• Design secure, scalable blockchain and digital asset architectures.
• Deliver technical deep dives, demos, and whiteboard sessions.
• Translate requirements into production-ready architectures.
• Advocate for customer needs in product roadmap and platform capabilities.
• Create reference architectures and enablement materials.
