Job summary
OCBC Bank is seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our emerging technology team in Singapore. You will design and build secure, scalable blockchain-based financial solutions, translating regulatory requirements into practical architectures for digital assets, with a focus on on-chain and off-chain integration.
You'll contribute to the development of APIs and microservices, operate CI/CD pipelines, and ensure production readiness through observability and strong security practices in a
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Software Eng/IS.
- At least 5 years software engineering experience with backend.
- At least 3 years blockchain/DLT experience.
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript/Node.js, Java, Solidity.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and secure systems.
- Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design digital asset lifecycles and on-chain/off-chain flows.
- Translate regulatory requirements into secure architectures for digital assets.
- Develop, test, deploy blockchain apps and APIs.
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerisation.
- Monitor production with metrics, logs, alerts, and dashboards; handle incidents.
