Job summary

Thales in Singapore is seeking a senior sales leader to drive identity and biometrics solutions across Asia. You will be the primary sales interface for assigned government accounts, coordinating with Bid Managers and shaping tender responses to win large-scale projects.

You will build strategic relationships with decision makers, translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps, and lead business development across public-sector domains.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business school diploma or postgraduate degree is required.
• Proven track record in winning large-scale government projects.
• 10–15 years in solutions selling and large account management, preferably in biometrics or ID/border domains.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, promote and sell identity and biometrics solutions to customers in Asia.
• Be the primary sales interface for assigned accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead tender responses, manage bids, and ensure timely delivery of customer commitments.
• Build strategic relationships with top managers and government officials; monitor customer actions.
