Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a candidate to coordinate daily activities in the central/clinical laboratory and supervise the execution of work. You will plan laboratory tasks, monitor equipment operation, and ensure safety compliance within the department.

You will act as the main contact for Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Management, answer questions, resolve problems, and monitor work quality to meet standards. You will identify complex issues and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating and supervising laboratory activities.
• Ability to plan laboratory workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with safety rules in the department.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the daily activities and supervises the execution of the work.
• Planning in the laboratory.
• Supervision of compliance with the safety rules within the department.
• Monitors the operation of the equipment.
• Acts as the point of contact for the Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Management.
• Daily activities are coordinated, questions are answered and problems are solved.
• The quality of work within the department is monitored to ensure that they meet the standards.
• Solves more complex problems.
• Monitor Analytical and post analytical issues related to samples including investigation and remediation of the same.
• Proposals made to optimize work processes and procedures and work regulations have been drawn up.
