Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee daily laboratory operations and lead a skilled team in delivering high-quality and timely testing services. This role requires strong leadership and deep knowledge of ISO standards and SOP compliance.

You will coordinate activities, supervise technicians, manage workflow, monitor equipment, and drive process improvements to meet sponsor requirements in a regulatory environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in central or clinical laboratories.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and SOP compliance.
• Experience with assay troubleshooting and QC/PT investigations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily laboratory activities, manpower planning and workflow.
• Supervise Laboratory Technicians and liaise with Laboratory Management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs, ISO and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues.
• Oversee sample-related investigations and remediation.
• Lead new CSV and assay validation activities in Singapore.
