Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced laboratory professional to supervise daily lab activities, ensure safety compliance, and monitor equipment performance. You will serve as the main liaison to Laboratory Technicians and Management while guiding problem resolution and workflow improvements.

The role requires extensive experience in central or clinical laboratories, strong MS Office and device software skills, and hands-on troubleshooting of assays, QC, and PT issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years’ work experience in a central lab or clinical laboratory.
• Proficient in MS Office and lab device software.
• Experience using BioRad URT or similar application.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for assay, QC or PT failures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and supervise the execution of the work.
• Plan laboratory activities.
• Supervise compliance with safety rules within the department.
• Monitor the operation of the equipment.
• Act as the point of contact for Laboratory Technicians and Laboratory Management.
• Coordinate daily activities, answer questions and solve problems.
• Monitor the quality of work to meet standards.
• Address more complex problems.
• Oversee analytical and post-analytical issues related to samples, including investigations and remediation.
• Propose improvements to optimize workflows, procedures and regulations.
