Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to coordinate daily activities and supervise testing in a central/clinical lab. You will plan laboratory work, ensure safety compliance, and monitor equipment performance, serving as the main contact for technicians and management.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in a central or clinical lab, strong MS Office skills and familiarity with device software (e.g., Biorad URT).

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years’ work experience in a central lab or clinical laboratory.
• Familiarity with MS Office and laboratory device software packages.
• Experience with Biorad URT or similar applications.
• Troubleshooting related to assay, QC or PT failures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities and supervise work in the lab.
• Plan in the laboratory and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor equipment operation and regulatory standards.
• Act as the point of contact for laboratory technicians and management.
• Coordinate daily activities, answer questions and resolve problems.
• Monitor the quality of work to meet standards.
• Investigate and remediate post-analytical issues.
• Propose optimized work processes, procedures and regulations.
