Job summary

Nakano Singapore (Pte) Ltd is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to develop, coordinate, and maintain accurate Building Information Models for various projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects and project teams to ensure models and drawings meet requirements, standards, and deadlines.

The role focuses on preparing architectural shop drawings in Revit, coordinating BIM models, extracting data from 3D models, and delivering As-built drawings for handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Specialist Diploma / Certification in BIM Management or equivalent.
• Strong Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and MS Office skills.
• Attention to detail and design sense in BIM.
• Good communication with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Ability to work independently with proactive time management.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and brief requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams with all BIM aspects to align with cost and schedule.

About the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for various projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure models and drawings meet project requirements, standards, and deadlines.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the Project Teams with all aspects of the project in BIM. Ensure project aligns with cost, timeline, and regulatory standards.

• Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural/Structural) using Revit and ensuring that design and detail confirms to project construction.

• Assist Project Team by providing timely BIM Coordination and best of knowledge with accurate information for construction, ensure timely deliverables and objective-aligned project delivery.

• To extract information from 3D Revit and develop the shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs / request.

• Develop As-built drawing for submission / handover of the project completion to client / consultants.

• To attend Technical / BIM meeting when required.

• Ensure all required drawing is completed on-time.

• To assist with Tender Bids / Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

• Specialist Diploma / Certification in BIM Management or equivalent, from recognized and accredited institutions.

• Strong Revit skills, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Microsoft Office.

• Creative with good design sense, problem solving abilities and attention to detail in BIM.

• Good communication skills and management of Client, Consultants, Contractor and Specialist.

• Possesses strong analytical and management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with self-motivation and proactivity.

• Has good time management skills to meet challenging deadlines and briefs.

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Possesses excellent industry knowledge.
