Job summary

ug m&e pte. ltd. is seeking a BIM Modeller for MEP to develop 3D BIM models and coordination using Revit. The role involves ensuring accuracy of documents, adhering to BIM plans, and producing shop drawings for construction and coordination.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of BIM experience, knowledge of Revit MEP, and familiarity with Navisworks or equivalent tools. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop MEP 3D BIM models for coordination and collaboration using Revit.
• Ensure accuracy of construction documents, parameters and information in BIM models.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM standards, deliverables, and Level of Development requirements.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings for implementation.
• Create and develop MEP families according to equipment specifications.
• Manage clash detection and reporting for A&S and other services.

About the role

BIM Modelling for MEP, working closely with BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator, and Design Engineers to develop MEP 3D BIM Models for coordination and collaboration using Revit.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with BIM Manager/BIM Coordinator/Design Engineers to develop MEP 3D BIM Model for Coordination and Collaboration using Revit
• Ensure construction documents, Parameters and Information accuracy for BIM Model
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Follow BIM standards, Deliverables and (LOD) Level of Development required in the project
• Prepare Shop drawings / Construction Drawings
• Prepare drawings and 3D Model for construction, coordination and as built purposes
• Ensure Consultant & Clients comments are followed and updated to be resubmitted for approval
• Amend as per site condition changes
• Create and develop MEP Family as per the parameter depending on Specialities of Equipment's and materials
• Perform designated responsibility given by the BIM Coordinator/Design Engineer
• Adopt other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project
• Manage Clash Detection for A&S and reports, closely monitoring clashes for A&S and other services

About you

• Well versed in Autocad and Office suite software.
• With Construction industry is a must
• With at least 5 years experience in Using BIM Software (Autdesk Revit)
• Certificate for Revit MEP course Certificate or Knowledge in Navisworks or equivalent
• Good communication skill and Team Workmanship
• Experience and Familiarity with MEP Services
• Experience in using Autodesk Forma
• Stand alone with less supervision and team player
