Banen Associates Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E BIM Coordinator to support BIM coordination and delivery on major Singapore building developments. You will work with M&E teams, consultants and subcontractors to coordinate services and ensure accurate BIM information throughout construction.

The role emphasizes clash detection, model development, and maintaining project BIM standards, with opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and align with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or BIM-related discipline.
• Experience in M&E BIM coordination for building projects.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models and drawings for M&E services.
• Develop, review and maintain coordinated M&E BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with architectural/structural works.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and BIM teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and update BIM models, shop drawings and coordinated services drawings.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and track technical issues.
• Ensure models/drawings comply with BIM standards.
