Job summary

DP ARCHITECTS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Lead to drive advanced BIM methodologies, lead project delivery, and coordinate clash resolution with consultants and contractors. You will production and maintain BIM models for deliverables and submissions.

The role requires a degree in Architecture, at least 5 years consultancy experience, strong ISO 19650 knowledge, and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks and ACC; additional tools and programming experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant consultancy experience.
• Proficiency in ISO 19650 and Singapore IDD project delivery.
• Proficiency in authorities BIM submissions and documentation.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for advanced BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
• Lead BIM project delivery with coordination and clash resolution with stakeholders.
• Produce and maintain BIM models for deliverables, submissions, and documentation.
• Lead BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Ensure model quality adhering to BIM standards.
• Guide project teams and develop plans to improve digital practices.
• Improve BIM processes, content, best practices, and techniques.
