Job summary

Allied Search PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior BIM Drafter to translate design concepts into detailed Electrical and ACMV drawings and to support MEP coordination for large-scale projects.

You will perform quantity take-offs, submissions, site inspections, and assist with testing and commissioning to ensure accurate, constructible work on-time and to exact project standards. A Diploma in Mechanical or a BCA BIM modelling certificate is required, with hands-on ACMV/HCU experience and

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed drawings for Electrical and ACMV systems.
• Carry out quantity take-offs for MEP services, including documentation for submissions and procurement.
• Conduct site inspections, verify installation works, and assist with testing and commissioning.
• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other MEP contractors to resolve interface issues and queries.
• Assist senior modelers with Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and authority submissions.

As a Senior BIM Drafter, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for Electrical and ACMV systems.
• Carry out quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services, including documentation for submissions and procurement.
• Conduct site inspections, verify installation works, and assist with testing and commissioning activities.
• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and technical queries.
• Perform duct sizing calculations manually and using duct sizing and checking software.
• Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.
• Assist senior modelers with Combined Services Drawings (CSD) and authority submissions.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Mechanical field or equivalent certificate from BCA BIM modelling course.
• Must possess working experience in ACMV or HCU.
