Job summary

TAIKISHA (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a disciplined BIM drafter to prepare ACMV shop, as-built and BIM MEP drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

You will coordinate with engineers and clients to deliver accurate drawings within tight schedules, ensuring compliance with project standards. Responsibilities include producing 2D/3D drawings, maintaining records, and supporting BIM coordination across design teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in mechanical/electrical engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building services drawing preparation.
• Proficient in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD (2D/3D) with at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Independently produce accurate drawings and conduct self-reviews before submission.
• Maintain and update drawing records and reports to support project documentation.
• Coordinate with designers and site engineers to clarify drawing details and provide sketches as requested by clients.
• Develop BIM MEP models and collaborate with BIM coordinators to meet client requirements.
• Apply knowledge of building services to ensure drawings meet project needs.
• Manage tight drawing schedules within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software to meet project specifications
• Independently produce accurate, high-quality drawings and conduct self-reviews before submission to ensure precision
• Maintain and update drawing records and reports to support project documentation and traceability
• Coordinate with designers and site engineers to clarify drawing details and provide necessary sketches as requested by clients
• Develop BIM MEP models and collaborate with BIM coordinators to fulfill client requirements and project standards
• Apply knowledge of building services, including ducting and piping systems, to ensure drawings comply with industrial and commercial development needs
• Manage tight drawing schedules effectively while collaborating within a team environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Professional Certificate/Nitec or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in building services drawing preparation
• Proficient in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD applications (2D and 3D) with at least 2 years of experience
