Job summary

Web Synergies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned BIM Coordinator to lead model coordination for large-scale projects in Singapore. You will work with consultants, engineers and sub-contractors to resolve clashes, prepare shop drawings and support BIM delivery.

Responsibility includes leading offsite modelling, conducting clash-detection, QA/QC of BIM models, and maintaining BIM standards while liaising with clients and authorities to resolve design and construction issues.

Qualifications

A degree in civil engineering or architecture is required.
Minimum five years coordinating complex projects.
Familiarity with Singapore Building & Construction regulations.
Strong knowledge of architectural and structural specs and requirements.
Experience producing shop drawings for structural and architectural works.
MOHH or commercial project experience is a plus.
Expert in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360.
BIM certifications (Revit Professional, BCA courses) preferred.
Fluent with Bluebeam or similar markup/design-review tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders.
Self-driven with good time management.
Knowledge of BIM software is a MUST.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers.
Manage and prepare models and shop drawings to support construction works.
Coordinate structural & architectural works during construction.
Demonstrate good knowledge of structural and architectural details.
Lead and manage in-house modelling offsite team for BIM delivery.
Liaise with internal/external parties and authorities to resolve design/construction issues.
Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for projects.
Liaise with clients, consultants and conduct weekly progress reports and meetings.
Ensure subcontractors and vendors follow specifications in BIM delivery (VDC).
Experience with large-scale projects like commercial towers is advantageous.
Be a good team player and meet tight deadlines.
Raise RFIs and oversee resolution of disputes with trade subcontractors.
Conduct clash-detection and conflict resolution.
Perform QA/QC on BIM models.
