Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience in fintech or similar industries.
• Storytelling with data; translate findings into clear business implications.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, business performance, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
• Proactively identify data abnormalities and perform root cause analysis to clarify issues for stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize automated data pipelines and dashboards using SQL and Python for real-time reporting.
