Job summary

Ant Group in Singapore seeks a Senior BI Specialist to transform banking data into clear, trusted insights and scalable reporting capabilities for the bank. You will deliver analytical work on real business problems, shaping metrics, reports, and dashboards while helping grow the analytics team.

You will collaborate with Data Warehouse/Engineering to define datasets and semantic models, enable self-service analytics, mentor junior analysts, and communicate findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in BI/analytics/reporting within banking or payments.
• Ability to define the problem, analyze the data, build the output, and deliver the narrative independently.
• Expert SQL proficiency and strong data modeling skills.
• Proficient in BI/visualization tools and semantic layer concepts.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver decision-ready results.
• Lead deep-dive analyses across performance, customer behavior, and cross-border flows to surface opportunities and risks.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports with trusted data.
• Collaborate with product, risk, finance to align metrics and drive a single source of truth.
