Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to design and deliver MI dashboards and analytics end-to-end for banking clients.

You will partner with coverage, product and workstream stakeholders to translate requirements into datasets, dashboards and clear insights, applying robust data quality checks and governance. Strong Python/SQL skills and experience with BI tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with large datasets
• Experience delivering MI, dashboards and analytics end-to-end in banking/finance
• Strong understanding of data quality, lineage, and issue management
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with BI tools and agile delivery processes
• Knowledge of SG core banking MI constructs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with coverage, product, and workstream stakeholders to understand use cases and translate needs into MI and analytics deliverables
• Identify, source and curate datasets from approved sources to build client-level datasets with clear status reporting
• Develop, enhance and maintain MI / performance dashboards to the agreed cadence with clear commentary
• Identify trends and translate complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations
• Refresh, reconcile and validate data from strategic sources with data quality checks and issue logs
• Support governance, controls and operational data management and reporting
• Support project and ad hoc activities as needed
