Job summary

You will own end-to-end analytics, design dashboards, collaborate with product, risk, and finance teams, mentor junior analysts, and help standardize metrics for a single source of truth. Strong SQL and BI skills are required to communicate findings to executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in BI/analytics/reporting in banking/fintech environments.
• Ability to own end-to-end analytics without step-by-step direction.
• Expert-level SQL and solid proficiency in mainstream BI/visualization tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior audiences.
• Mentor junior analysts and elevate team output.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical problems and decision-ready deliverables.
• Lead deep-dive analyses across the bank's performance, customer behavior, and channels to surface opportunities and risks.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports; work with Data Warehouse/Data Engineering on semantic models.
• Align metrics across teams to create a single source of truth and enable self-service analytics.
