Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced HR analytics professional to support the APAC Compensation & Benefits team. You will engage with HR and multiple stakeholders, drive data-driven insights, and shape benefits delivery across countries in the APAC region.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in a HR role with strong analytics background
• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, ability to independently engage HR and multiple stakeholders effectively
• Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work independently (self-starter)
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills, including the ability to review, analyze and interpret data, create pivot tables and graphs, and provide conclusions and recommendations based on analysis
• Detail oriented and a logical thinker
• Ability to manage high volume of work under tight service delivery deadlines
• Strong organizational skills, effective time management and prioritization

Responsibilities

• Involved in benefits projects and delivery for APAC countries.
• Assist in benefits design and ensure delivery aligns with program requirements.
• Prepare data, summarize findings, and drive fact-based decisions.
• Mentor junior teammates and oversee APAC projects/BAU work.
