Qualifications

• 8+ years of benefits experience across AP markets.
• Experience across advisory and in-house environments preferred.
• Strong analytical capability, cost modelling and data interpretation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from employees to senior leadership.
• Workday proficiency is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree; GRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and optimization of benefit programs across AP markets.
• Advise HRBPs and leaders with data-driven program performance.
• Manage end-to-end vendor relationships and renewals.
• Translate benefits data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across markets.
