Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Lead for Global Benefits APAC to shape data-driven strategies for multinational clients. You will guide medical claims utilization, cost management, programme design and funding strategies with senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Risk.

You will lead a team and partner with internal and external partners to deliver executive-ready insights, dashboards and models that translate complex analytics into tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in employee benefits or related fields.
• Strong technical background in analytics, health economics, actuarial or quantitative analysis.
• Experience with global benefits funding, including pooling or captives.
• Proven track record leading multinational client engagements.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven recommendations to HR, Finance, and Risk stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, workshops and presentations.
• Define and execute the analytics roadmap for global benefits.
• Develop models and benchmarks to identify cost drivers.
• Translate analytics into executive-ready dashboards and reports.
• Manage multi-country projects, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with insurers, TPAs and country offices.
• Mentor junior colleagues in analytical methods.
