Job summary

DayOne is seeking an APAC Benefits Strategy Manager to develop, implement, and manage global benefits programs across ~10 countries. You will lead design, vendor management, and compliance, shaping benefits aligned with Total Rewards objectives and local regulations.

Role requires 4–8+ years in multinational benefits, strong analytics, and collaboration with HR and leadership. This position supports global initiatives and Workday enhancements, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required.
• CEBS, IFEBP Global Certification, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize employee benefits and wellbeing programs globally.
• Manage vendor relationships, RFPs, contracts, and service delivery oversight.
