Job summary

Learning To Learn is an ABA practice in Singapore delivering home-based therapy to children with autism and developmental needs. The Senior Behavior Therapist (SBT) leads intervention plans under supervision, handling a caseload of 10 to 15 children.

You will implement ABA-based programs, collect data, and collaborate with a supervising clinician to advance skills in behavioral, language, and social development. Travel to different locations across Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred — psychology advantageous but not required.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
• At least 3 years of experience with children using ABA.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and learning progress.
• Follow protocols and uphold standards set by the QABA Board.
• Support generalization of skills across settings and caregivers.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, families, and clients.
• Develop a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) under the guidance of the Behavior Consultant.
• Lead the team in accurate implementation of the intervention plan.
