Job summary

Tesserae, a Singapore-based team of BCBAs, is seeking a Lead Behaviour Therapist or Case Supervisor to advance clinically rigorous interventions and family collaboration.

The role offers ownership of complex cases, supervision of junior therapists, and data-driven progress reviews, with BCBA-guided documentation and ongoing professional growth within a supportive, evidence-based setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology or related field is required.
• Certifications such as ABAT, RBT, QASP-S, BCaBA, QBA, BCBA are a plus.
• Experience supervising therapists and working with neurodiverse children.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned cases and deliver individualized intervention.
• Supervise therapists with modelling, feedback, and clinical guidance.
• Review data to evaluate progress and inform programme adjustments.
• Develop and refine intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to drive progress.
