Job summary

STEP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Case Manager to support children with autism through ABA-based therapy. You will work with 10 to 15 children, aiding their behaviours, language, and social development across multiple locations.

Candidates should have ABA experience, work independently with integrity, and be patient and persistent. Willingness to travel and Singaporean/PR status are required.

Job Scope

You will be taking care of 10 to 15 children and responsible for helping them with their behaviours, obsessions, language and social difficulties. There are over hundreds of ways to manage any behaviours and there are more than a thousand kind of problematic behaviours. We can assure you will constantly be faced with new challenges. You will get hands on experience and learn how to manage these behaviours and learn how to best handle them.
