AutismSTEP in Singapore is seeking a Behavioural Therapist (ABA) to work with children and families, providing one-to-one therapy in home-based settings and in-clinic sessions as needed.

You will gain hands-on experience across behaviour regulation, communication development, social readiness, and learning skills, with mentorship and a clear progression path from Therapist to Senior Therapist.

What You’ll Do

Work with 5–8 children and support areas such as:

• Behaviour regulation
• Communication development
• Social readiness
• Learning and adaptive skills

You’ll gain real-world hands‑on experience managing diverse and meaningful cases andreceive guidance and supervision as you build confidence across cases.
