Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled device engineer in Singapore to develop and optimize BCD process technology for power applications. You will perform TCAD simulations, design device layouts, and bench-test to validate models.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced BCD device architectures and ensure reliable performance across platforms. A degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering and TCAD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 years experience in TCAD tools for simulation and calibration.
• Experience with device layout, design rule checks, and test structure generation.
• Knowledge of BCD process development and device characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate new BCD device architectures and process modules for company BCD platforms.
• Conduct TCAD simulations to understand device behavior and calibrate simulation models to match experimental results.
• Design and lay out device test structures and new BCD device platforms.
• Analyze device performance and reliability through bench testing and data collection.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including the modeling team, to satisfy customer needs and develop advanced device models.

Job Requirement:
