Job summary

EVANTAGE HR PTE. LTD. seeks an Electronics Hardware Engineer to design and validate hardware for next‑gen products in Singapore.

You will own embedded processors, power electronics, high‑speed interfaces and sensor conditioning, collaborating with manufacturing and suppliers to meet safety and EMC standards from concept to production. The role emphasizes hands‑on design, prototyping, testing and design validation with a long‑term assignment for a major customer in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Design and develop electronics hardware, circuits, PCB/PCBA and system architecture.
• Develop and validate prototypes from concept through product development and manufacturing.
• Work on embedded microprocessor systems, analog/digital circuits, sensors and signal conditioning.
• Design and support power electronics, including DC-DC / AC-DC applications.
• Work with communication interfaces such as USB, LAN, Bluetooth and other I/O protocols.
• Perform hardware bring-up, testing, troubleshooting and design validation.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers and customers on technical requirements and product improvements.
• Ensure designs meet relevant product safety, EMC and regulatory requirements.
• Medical-device / ISO 13485 experience is advantageous.
• EMC, environmental testing and product safety experience is advantageous.
• Strong interest in hands-on product design and R&D.

Requirements

• Degree/Master's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in electronics hardware and PCB/PCBA product development.
• Experience with embedded microprocessors, analog circuits and power-management electronics.
• Knowledge of high-speed hardware, signal integrity and interfaces such as DDR, PCI/PCI-X or similar high-speed buses.
• Experience with EMC, environmental testing and product safety is advantageous.
• Medical-device / ISO 13485 experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with PSpice, Python or similar simulation/programming tools is advantageous.
• Strong interest in hands-on product design and R&D.
