Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled device engineer in Singapore to develop and optimize BCD process technology for power applications. You will perform TCAD simulations, design device layouts, and bench-test to validate models.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced BCD device architectures and ensure reliable performance across platforms. A degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering and TCAD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 years experience in TCAD tools for simulation and calibration.
• Experience with device layout, design rule checks, and test structure generation.
• Knowledge of BCD process development and device characterization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develops and optimizes BCD process technology and devices for power applications with TCAD, layout, testing.
• Design and integrate new BCD device architectures and process modules for company platforms.
• Perform TCAD simulations to calibrate models against experiments.
• Design test structures and device platforms; analyze performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and advance device models.
